When you invite me to capture your birthing experience, you can rest assured that your hospital does, too. At Ascension Seton Hospitals, I’m more than a guest. Unlike any other photographer, I’m pink-badged and credentialed to document all phases of C-section delivery and postpartum at all Seton facilities.
Seton trusts me to provide calm, quiet photo-journalistic coverage of all the emotion and excitement you experience in the moment you experience it — and so can you. 01. Where do you conduct Scheduled C-Section photo sessions?
As the official and exclusive provider of Mother & Newborn photography for Ascension Seton Hospitals in Austin, we offer in-hospital sessions at Seton facilities. I am Seton-badged, credentialed, and trained on operating room procedures. No other photographer in Austin can say that. You can be confident about Hello & Co.’s ability to capture your unique C-Section birthing experience, and help make it your own.
02. How do you document my C-section?
When you have a Scheduled C-section, I will arrive in time to say hello during pre-op preparation. I’ll start shooting once you enter the operating room, and stay through delivery. Familiar with the where’s and when’s of C-section births, I know how to capture great moments while staying discreetly out of the way. Depending on your doctor, I strive to capture the context of the room as well as shoot from the head, over the drape, and from the foot, to document your real birthing experience. After delivery, I stay for about 30 minutes to capture baby’s first moments with you. Then, I slip away quietly so your new family can rest and bond.
03. I know my C-Section is scheduled, but what if something changes?
Birth is beautifully unpredictable. When you book a scheduled C-section session with Hello & Co., we work to make your experience effortless. We’ll set up a simple communications plan that allows you or a trusted family member to update me on the timing of your delivery.
